A FORMER CONVENT
Dating back to the XIII century, the hotel's building originally served as a monastery, only converted into a hotel during the late 1700's.
The periodic renovation projects over the course of the years have nevertheless, not altered the former convents layout.
Rather, rooms that once housed nuns were transformed into comfortable hotel guestrooms.
